READING ASSESSMENT
Here is the (overly-optimistic) Reading Assessment tool that I use. Remember to subtract one full grade level from the score if you want a more accurate assessment.
SPELLING ASSESSMENT
Here is the Spelling Assessment I use. The blank form is at the top of the document and the word list is at the bottom. You don’t necessarily need to read the instructions. Nor do you have to “grade” it at this time.
